How to get Accela building permits

Accela Citizen Access is the public building-permit search a US city or county hosts. Atlanta's portal is one of them. A run reads that public list and saves one row per permit.

One row per building permit

The city's public search, usually Building, becomes a row: the permit type, the address, the status, and the date it was filed. The link on the row opens that permit on the city's site.

New permits from that city's portal

Each city hosts its own search. Run it on a schedule and the next file is the latest permits from that portal.
