Detailed proposal
If the initial direction makes sense, we work through the details together. I interview the people who will use the system, and we refine the requirements over several conversations. This takes time and active involvement from you. Once the requirements are clear, I prepare a specification and quote, and we agree on what will be built before development begins.

Development and launch
I build the system and keep you informed of its progress. At launch, I demonstrate the finished system and help its users get started.
