How I work and why

I have been developing software for more than a decade. During that time I have worked across backend, frontend, DevOps, and project management. That range helps me see how technical decisions affect the whole project, not just one layer of it.

AI is now an important part of how I work, but I entered the profession before these tools made development this accessible. I learned many lessons the hard way. The tools have changed; responsibility for the result has not. I want clients and users to experience software development at its best: ambitious in vision, precise in execution, and dependable in use.

Working alone, not in isolation

I work independently and use AI agents heavily. This is my edge. I believe that transferring information between teammates is one of the most expensive parts of software development. Every handoff takes time, loses detail, and creates another opportunity for the original problem to become distorted.

AI agents let me keep the context in one place while using specialized help when I need it. I still make the decisions and remain responsible for the work.

Working independently does not mean working in isolation. I stay connected to people working in DevOps, frontend, and design, and to communities such as Hack és Lángos and letscode.hu. Those relationships keep my thinking current and give me people to challenge it.

Owning the full process

Most of my career was spent as a subcontractor. I built systems, solved technical problems, and managed projects, but one part was usually missing: the direct conversation with the customer.

Working directly closes that gap. I can carry the same understanding from the initial conversation down to the finest details. Fewer handoffs reduce information loss. That makes the work more precise and reliable, while keeping it nimble enough for experimentation.

Experimenting

I love to experiment. Valuable ideas often emerge where fields overlap, especially in combinations that are too unusual to fit an established category. Experimentation leads to innovation by making room for these unexpected connections.
